Indeygo Fundraising Inc (Indeygo) or store.indeygo.com (the Site) Website Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information provided by visitors to the Indeygo website in compliance with applicable federal and provincial privacy laws in Canada. Personal Information includes information provided by users and registrants such as name, phone number, email address, and volunteered information about their fundraisers and participants. Tracking and Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics™ to record the IP addresses of computers that connect to the Site. Google Analytics™ uses these addresses to generate geographically related statistics which assist Indeygo with the administration of the Site. Indeygo does not attempt to link the IP addresses of the computers that have visited the Site with the identities of individuals. The Site also uses “cookies” which are small data files transferred to a user’s hard drive by the web browser when a user visits the Site. A transferred cookie can only be read by the Site when a user returns to the Site. Indeygo collects Personal Information submitted by visitors to the Site through the Signup/Account portion of the Site, or when a visitor subscribes to receive a Indeygo newsletter, or when a visitor emails us directly via info@indeygo.com. This Personal Information is used by Indeygo to establish or manage its relationship with visitors to the Site, to respond to the queries of visitors to the Site and to facilitate a visitor’s receipt of Indeygo information. If Indeygo requires the Personal Information that has been collected for other purposes, it will identify and document any new purposes in accordance with Privacy Legislation and obtain consent from the individual where required.

License: Users of Indeygo are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the service, subject to these terms and conditions. Provider may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Users are not allowed to copy, download, publish, republish, transfer, sell, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, use software to extract information from Indeygo, or solicit any person using information collected from the service.
